Return of new, unused product with tags attached and manufacturer packaging intact will be permitted within 30 days of delivery.  All products must be in new, unused condition free of smoke, pet hair and other odors.  Exchanges are not permitted.  Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees.  If an item was received in error, damaged, or defective, please contact us directly for assistance.  Please be sure all returning items have an exterior packaging (all items must be boxed, bagged or wrapped to prevent damage to manufacturer packaging).

Most in stock orders ship within 48 hours or less.  Please contact us for specific needs/requests.

All shipping fees are the buyer's responsibility.  We ship worldwide, providing the item(s) are not prohibited to your location.  All items are combined in packaging whenever possible.  International Orders are generally delivered within 10-18 business days.  Standard Shipping of domestic orders within the continental U.S. may take 5-14 business days to arrive.  Typically, Priority or Expedited Shipping arrives within 2-3 business days.  Please note that Next Day and Two Day Shipping includes business days (Monday-Friday).  Weekends and holidays are excluded.  

PLEASE NOTE: If a particular carrier does not deliver to your address, we MUST be notified of this upon submission of your order.  Once an order has left our facility, changes are not able to be made.  Once an order has been submitted and shipping fees have been paid, changes to country of delivery are not permitted.

Free Shipping does not apply to international orders, orders traveling outside of the lower 48, over-sized or exceptionally heavy items. 

Lost or damaged shipments may require additional information, including but not limited to, pictures, descriptions, follow up with local carrier, affidavits.
